My African Caftan

I have been searching for my moms caftans ever since the african print trend came about. Not only because of that, but also because having anything that belongs to my mom thats from back then, now'a'days is rare. The nice thing about these (and i say these because there is more than one) is that they are the real deal. they have a story and their from ghana.

on me they were way to big, and this specific one i decided to cut a bit of the bottom, just a small part, and hem it. don't worry i kept the little panel i cut and used it for something else (which i will share later)

hope you like :)

i am wearing: african caftan (from my mom) | Grey Chino's (Mr Price) | african fabric as head scarf (fabric shop) | sunnies (thrift)
